Prototype advisory structures to attract more university hospitals (German)

In this task, advisory structures are to be created that provide information on the guidelines and offers in interaction with identified partners. In addition, other users and UKs with app approaches are to be proactively approached via the advisory structure in order to establish as much synchronicity as possible with the approaches from this application.
